Together with Festo Didactic, an MRK training application was designed and built for the Hohentwiel trade school in Singen. The application represents the assembly of a spirit level. 

The performance of Adiro referred to the MRK-compliant construction in compliance with the machine directive EC 2006/42/EC as well as the standards EN ISO 10218. The result is an assembly device for the spirit level, so that the robot movements are not dangerous for humans and the robot takes over the parts handling of the basic body and the completely assembled spirit level.
Further engineering services provided by Adiro included integration into a complete station, software application and integration into a Festo CP-Lab overall system, as well as installation on site, including instruction of the teaching staff by Stefan Knoblauch from Adiro.
