The Insertion module consists of 2 pneumatical axes with an angle gripper, a gravity-feed magazine, a valve terminal with 6 3/2way solenoid valves and pressure sensor. The handling is inserting round bearing hubs into the base workpiece.

The workpieces on the conveyor belt are detected by an optical through-beam sensor.

The module is completely assembled with a valve terminal and an electrical connection block.

Transfer line and workpieces are not included.
