Pneumatic slide valve
Am Funktionsmodell Schieberarmatur lernen die Lehrenden, wie wichtig die Wartung eines Schiebers ist. Das System umfasst die folgenden Teilbereiche:
- Air pressure tank
- Pressure regulator
- Pneumatic cylinder,
- double-acting Gate valve
- End position proximity switch
- Throttle valves
The system offers trainees the opportunity to learn how to maintain gate valves. The air is supplied to the system by means of a compressor to the pneumatic maintenance unit with pressure regulator. The air is then fed to the double-acting pneumatic cylinder via the pneumatic 5/2-way solenoid valve. The opening and closing of the slide valve can be controlled via the control unit. The throttle valves are used to change the duration of the opening and closing of the gate valve. The system allows flexible use of the gate valve, the system can be completely dismantled and reassembled so that students can practise maintaining the gate valve. Operating problems can be simulated and maintenance steps and procedures can be practiced.
