Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. Rinki Mahato, Assistant Manager for Trainings at Sector Skill Council for Water Management & Plumbing (India) and a former WorldSkills India 2022 competitor.
As part of her World Plumbing Council Scholarship, Ms. Mahato is visiting companies and vocational institutes across Germany and Switzerland to gain insights into training and innovation in the water and wastewater sector.

Earlier in the day, she was invited by Mr. Wolfgang Steinle to visit Robert-Mayer-Schule in Stuttgart, where she gained valuable insights into Germany’s dual education system. Later, she visited ADIRO, where she received a guided tour of our facilities and an overview of our work in automation and vocational training systems.

She also joined Mr. Steinle for a hands-on session assembling and commissioning an EduKit PA, gaining first-hand impressions of our training equipment and teaching concepts.

We truly appreciate her enthusiasm and interest in the field and wish her continued success in advancing skill development and vocational training initiatives in India!
