Special Features
The robot controller controls the entire machine. There is no higher-level controller.
In the whole application there are a total of 3 camera systems (Hommelwerke), which check the screw 100% and communicate with the robot via TCP/IP and digital EA's.
The robot also controls an additional axis, on which one of the three cameras is mounted, as a separate mechanism.

The screws tested as IO are sorted into a pallet with 1800 places.
